Chloe Arnold began her dance training in Washington, D.C. at the early age of 6. She was especially drawn to Tap Dancing, and studied under Chris Baker (student of the legendary Honi Coles.) Baker exposed her to Tap greats like Eddie Brown, Buster Brown, LaVaughn Robinson and Harriet Browne. Their influence was profound and impressed upon Chloe the importance of learning the art form's history.
Together with Jason Samuels Smith, she co-directed the First Annual Los Angeles Tap Festival, and was awarded recognition from the City of Los Angeles for her efforts. Chloe continues to travel as a guest artist and choreographer and recently was recognized for her skills with her appointment as the Managing Producer of Debbie Allen Dance Academy - duties she fulfilled during Pepito’s Story at the Wadsworth Theatre, Henry Mancini’s Christmas Show at the brand new Disney Hall in Los Angeles, DADA on Pointe, the Hip Hop Dance Intensive, and the Second Annual Los Angeles Tap Festival.
